Nicoget 20mg Tablet
Nicoget 20mg Tablet contains Nicorandil as an active ingredient. Nicoget 20mg Tablet works by relaxing the blood vessels of the heart and increasing the supply of blood and oxygen to the heart and reduces pain. Chronic stable angina, in coronary artery disease in patients with normal sinus rhythm who have a contraindication or intolerance to beta-blockers when monotherapy is inadequate and heart rate is > 60 beats per minute. . Before usingNicoget 20mg Tablet, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Chronic stable angina, in coronary artery disease in patients with normal sinus rhythm who have a contraindication or intolerance to beta-blockers when monotherapy is inadequate and heart rate is > 60 beats per minute. Stable chronic heart failure with systolic dysfunction in patients with sinus rhythm with heart rate = 75 beats per minute in combination with standard therapy, including a beta-blocker, or when beta-blocker is contraindicated or not tolerated.
Luminous phenomena, blurred vision, bradycardia, 1st degree AV block, ventricular extra systole, blood pressure changes, headache, and dizziness
When not use
Pretreatment resting herat rate < 60 beats per minute. Persistent symptoms of bradycardia or if heart rate persisitently < 50 beats per minute. Cardiogenic shock, acute MI, severe hypotension (<90/50mmHg), sick sinus syndrome, sino-atral block, unstable or acute heart failure, pacemaker dependent, unstable angina, 2nd or 3rd degree AV block, cardiac arrhythmias, severe hepatic impairment.
