Dolgina Capsules 30mg 30’s is used to treat the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD; a condition in which backward flow of acid from the stomach causes heartburn and possible injury of the esophagus) in adults and children 12 years of age and older. The basic indications for the drug include all forms of gastroesophageal reflux disease, especially with night-time heartburn and sleep disorders resulting from GERD. Dexlansoprazole can be taken regardless of mealtimes. It has a good safety profile and carries a low risk of adverse interactions with other drugs.
Dexilant may cause weight gain. In clinical studies, less than 2% of people taking Dexilant had weight gain. Talk with your doctor if you’re concerned about gaining weight while taking Dexilant. So DEXILANT begins to deliver the first release of medicine within an hour of taking your pill. Then, around 4–5 hours later, the second release of medicine arrives.
Dexilant is an effective medicine to treat heartburn but can be expensive since it is only available as a brand. Treats heartburn and excess release of stomach acid. Prilosec gives you long-lasting heartburn relief but has some risks if used long term.
This drug is indicated as a short term treatment for heartburn associated with non-erosive GERD, and short term treatment (8 weeks) of all grades of erosive oesophagitis. It is used to maintain healing of erosive oesophagitis and relief of heartburn for up to 6 months.
The Side effects of this drug include nausea, vomiting, rash, hives, itching, difficulty in breathing, or swallowing, irregular, fast, or pounding heartbeat, excessive tiredness, dizziness, lightheadedness, muscle spasms, uncontrollable shaking of a part of the body, seizures, severe diarrhea with watery stools, stomach pain and fever.
When Not To Use
This medication is contraindicated in patients with liver problems, inadequate B12.
