  • Transamin Capsules 250mg 100’s are prescribed to treat bleeding that is heavy in your menstrual cycle.
  • Tranexamic acid is a drug that slows the process of breaking down blood clots and helps stop bleeding for a long time.
  • It belongs to a class of drugs known as antifibrinolytics.
  • Tranexamic acid is not a hormone. It is not a treatment for the symptoms of premenstrual menstrual syndrome or menstrual cramps.
  • It doesn’t stop your menstrual cycle.
  • It’s not a method of birth control, and it doesn’t protect you from sexually transmitted illnesses.

Side Effects

  • Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and muscle pain may occur.
