C-Max Orange Powder Sachet 10’s contains calcium, magnesium and trace minerals and is believed to help limit chronic gut inflammation and support joint health. It is considered a versatile ingredient for adding calcium to food.
Aquamin, is a multi-mineral supplement, derived from the red algae Lithothamnion corallioides which is rich in calcium and magnesium and a variety of trace minerals including manganese, selenium and zinc .
6 How safe is Aquamin? The United States FDA recognises Aquamin as GRAS, meaning that it is Generally Regarded as Safe. Aquamin has a history of use across over 40 countries in food, beverage and nutritional products.
When taken by mouth: Inulin is POSSIBLY SAFE in adults when used appropriately. The most common side effects occur in the stomach. They may include gas, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, and cramps. These side effects are more severe at high doses of inulin (more than 30 grams).

When Not To Use
Use of probiotics in severe acute pancreatitis is contraindicated. Use is also not advised in patients at risk of opportunistic infections and in those with badly damaged GI tracts
